I go to the beach, play sports, and work out as much as possible. Downtown on the weekends is a must for me and I usually only drink on the weekends. My roommates are pretty much a reflection of me. We are looking for someone that is melow, likes to go out, is clean, and of course pays their rent. This is a perfect home for students or professionals. The house stays quiet all hours of the day and night with the exception of when we are getting ready to go out and party. The home is located on a small lake in Downtown Avalon Park 15 Min. from UCF.
